Our casual elegance and gracious personal service will delight your guests and ensure that your wedding is both magical and memorable for years to come. Peak Season: $6500 - $9500
Off-Season: $3500 - $6500

Our site fee includes your ceremony site, reception site and tables, chairs, linens, flatware, and glassware for up to 150 guests.

We do not have a food and beverage minimum but we do require that all couples utilize our on-site culinary team for their meals. Couples are required to reserve a block of twelve rooms and join us for a two night minimum stay.

Sunday Weddings!

Saturdays remain our busiest day of the week for weddings, particularly in our peak months of May, June, September and October. Consider getting married on a Sunday instead! Our site fee is deeply reduced for Sunday brides. Sunday couples are not required to stay for two nights and there is not a food and beverage minimum. Boxwood Garden

Start Planning

An idyllic setting, The Boxwood Garden is the perfect backdrop for an outdoor wedding ceremony of any style. Our century-old boxwood trees are shaded by holly, magnolia and oaks, which keep the garden cool, comfortable and exquisitely beautiful in every season. With a hand-laid brick pathway lined with white blooming flowers leading to a custom-built pergola framing countryside views, the garden is ideally suited to wedding ceremonies. Up to 175 guests.

The Hall

Intimate, sunny and full of warmth and charm, The Hall is our smaller venue and can accommodate a maximum of 46 for a seated dinner. This elegant space is decorated with the same chic and artful flair found in the inn’s rooms and suites, complete with a beautiful coffered ceiling, modern zinc tables and custom chocolate leather chairs. Surrounded on all sides by French windows overlooking gardens and porches, The Hall features panoramic views of the beautiful Virginia countryside.

Events in The Hall have access to the surrounding porches overlooking a fire pit on the lower level and the lovely gardens directly outside. The perfect extension for your event, these outside spaces provide a picturesque setting for a bar, cocktail tables, food station or even display tables.

The Chef's Table

A private dining room at the garden-level of the Manor House, The Chef’s Table in Vintage Restaurant is an incredibly unique and intimate venue that can comfortably accommodate up to twenty people. The Chef’s Table sits adjacent to our kitchen and yet is quiet, private and incredibly charming. Located down the hall from the main dining room with a separate dedicated entrance through a small private garden, The Chef’s Table overlooks two outdoor firepits through four custom-designed double French doors. The Chef Table’s glass-topped zinc tables can be arranged according to your preferences as four separate dining configurations or as one long banquet-style table.

The Barn and Ruins

An amazingly versatile and unique venue, The Barn and Ruins offer 6,400 combined square feet of indoor/outdoor entertaining space.

Clad with custom stonework and painted a signature red, The Barn is a picture of rustic charm. Inside, this state-of-the-art, 3,100-square-foot space is exquisite with soaring reclaimed wood ceilings, grand Palladian windows framing beautiful wooded views and a massive stone fireplace. French double doors leading out to a 400-square-foot veranda infuse the room with light and provide added outdoor space for cocktails and seating.

The adjacent Ruins are the remains of the stone foundation of an antique bank barn building. The foundation walls were patched by hand to form a beautiful 3,300 square-foot open-air space.

To ensure your privacy, we require all wedding parties to occupy at least twelve guest rooms for their event. Our classic wedding package require a minimum of two nights. This will also give your party the complete attention of our staff. We do offer an off peak season one day celebration wedding package that has a one night stay requirement.

Our custom-designed catering menus feature the same gourmet farm-to-table-style cuisine as our Forbes Travel Guide four-star rated restaurant Vintage with seasonal variations to reflect the freshest, most authentic flavors. Choose from stationed, plated and family-style service options from packages that reflect a wide range of budgets.
