Front Desk Shift Supervisor, evening shift, full-time
We are looking for someone to join our Front Desk and Concierge team: answering phones, taking reservations, and assisting guests with every aspect of their stay.
Our staff consists of guest service-oriented individuals who are energetic, organized, methodical and can work both as a team player and independently towards one goal - maximum guest satisfaction.

Our staff consists of guest service-oriented individuals who are energetic, organized, methodical and can work both as a team player and independently towards one goal - maximum guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Take care of all guests and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests. Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Hosts and welcomes all guests in a gracious and polite manner, and to have the ability to hold a conversation with the guest in a natural and spontaneous manner. Perform software operations like check-ins / check-outs, update profile, room reservations, requests, apply payment, verify and adjust billing, process check-out etc. on the hotel software Communicate regularly with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability. Keeps other departments informed about guest allergies and food preferences. Communicates with the housekeeping department as needed with turn-down service. Fully conversant with accommodation features: lay-out, room type, location, decor, in room facilities and equipment. Fully aware of operating procedures for all electrical and electronic equipment in the guest room. Supports the other departments with their duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day. Performs all his/her duties with the sense of priority and dedication.
- Carries out checkout in an efficient manner, offering concierge services for luggage assistance. To attend and contribute to all meetings, Departmental and Hotel training as scheduled and other related activities.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned out of the list. Prerequisites:
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Service oriented and enjoy working with the public. Previous customer service experience preferable. Self-motivated and able to perform duties without supervision.
- Strong organizational skills a must.
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Strong computer and communication skills necessary.
- POS system experience preferred but not required
